2 months agoHighly recommended! Nick and his team made my daughter's birthday so special. After weeks of dealing with unreliable people on marketplace, we made the trip from the Gold Coast to Albion, and we were not disappointed. Nick gave my daughter a great deal on her very first car and spent time teaching her about the purchasing process and showing her some tips on maintaining the vehicle. Communication in the lead up to collecting the vehicle was brilliant and he offered to pick us up from the train station. Nick even threw in a bag of lollie's and an air freshener AND my daughter got to have a ride in a Lamborghini. Forever grateful Nick and all. Amy and Amelia :)
2 months agoI recently bought a 2011 Toyota Corolla from Automotive Consultants and honestly had such a great experience. The whole process was super easy and relaxed—no pressure or stress at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The car was in awesome condition and exactly what I was looking for. But what really stood out was the customer service. It actually happened to be my birthday when I picked up the car, and they surprised me with a little bag of lollies and a car air freshener. Such a small thing, but it made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a car. Great team, great service, and they really go that extra step to make you feel looked after.

From first discussion, through to the auctions, to picking up our new car, he was always friendly, informative, and looking out for the best car to suit our needs. He even followed up a week after we drove our new car away to make sure we were happy with it. We will be recommending him to anyone we know looking to get a great car at the best price.

1 year agoI can highly recommend Nick. He’s shown himself to be honest in his dealings with me and his cars are very reasonably priced. I’m now in the process of buying a second car through him. He’s definitely worth the 3 hour drive from my place!

We were about to heading to the North of QLD, so we found this car posted on Facebook. Afterwards, we inspected the car and purchased it quickly. We love the car we picked. He even went the extra mile by picking me up from home to collect my new car. Nick's professionalism shone through as he patiently answered all my dad's questions. The car was immaculate, beautifully detailed, and came with a full tank of fuel. The thoughtful touch of a big bow was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

1 year agoI'm Juan from Colombian say this because his customer service was pretty good not as another experiences to I had before with other offices. I’m studying actually English and my next course is as a carpenter so I was looking for a well car to move Gold Coast TAFE and it was why I found with Dear. Nick and his amazing business, friendly person, easy going, tidy and trust person. Also if some student see this I say yes! Buy here! Hehe. I’m so happy to get my first car on my 21 years old and I will never regret buying this with Nick! 10/10
1 year agoI couldn’t have had a better experience getting a car while in Australia. Nick is a an amazing guy who is really good at helping people to get the cars they need! I would highly recommend coming here if you want a car that won’t give you tons of problems later on. If I ever need another car in the future, I will be coming to Nick without question!

1 year agoHeard about Nick through a friend after moving to Brisbane in January. I am so glad we got in touch. Helped us get an absolute bargain on a Mazda 3. We are clueless about cars so his advice on good models, prices, and what to look for was so useful! Definitely recommend!

He was very patient, trustworthy and never applied any pressure. He understood our requirements and made sure he provided photos and information about each available option. 1 year agoCannot recommend Nick (the owner) highly enough. He provided both myself and my girlfriend very reasonably priced cars and got everything sorted super quick! Also my girlfriends car had an electric window motor break a month after she bought it and he replaced the motor free of charge. Such a genuine, nice guy that I would recommend to anyone!

We bought our first car in Australia and we are so lucky to have bought a car from them. Jun is incredibly helpful and sincere, he explained to us in detail what the car was like and clearly presented the advantages and disadvantages so we were able to buy the car without any obstacles. Furthermore, his aftercare could not have been better and he was quick to help us when we had car problems. I can no longer think of any other option but to buy a car from them. 1 year agoNick is an absolutely lovely and approachable guy, will either have stock to sell directly or take you to an auction to find a suitable car in your budget. Really approachable and is easy to get in contact with about any issues with the purchase. If I ever know someone needing a car or I need another I will be contacting him with no hesitation, thanks again Nick!
1 year agoIf I could give Nick more than 5 stars I would. I have just moved to Brisbane and was recommended to get in touch with Nick by a friend. He is such a genuine and good-natured guy - we had a great time going to the car auctions with him and he sorted me and a friend out with cars, safety checks and registration in no time. He also was very helpful with regards to paperwork and he has been fantastic at helping me sort any teething issues with the car. If you need a car, definitely get in touch with Nick!

Good old fashioned service he makes you feel comfortable doing business.. Nick even rang my husband the next day to make sure we got home and we are still happy with everything.
